CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 In order to secure your reservation, a card on file is required. It is not charged at the time you make your reservation. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, we will process the card for the 50% of the services booked, as a cancellation fee.

By replying “C” through text to our appointment confirmation text you certify that you have read and agree to this policy.

Reservations are also confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and/or phone call. This is done because we know that it may be easy to forget a reservation booked weeks or months in advance

Overview

This cancellation policy is in place to allow us the time to inform our guests on the waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
